An eCommerce website that is visually rich and captures the essence of this Parap coffee destination
Overview
Mad About Coffee needed a new website. Their existing website was outdated and didn’t represent their brand.
One of the challenges was that Mad About isn’t your regular coffee shop - they sell beans, coffee accessories and also do machine servicing and run barista courses. So it was crucial that the new website allows users to find the different services and product offerings easily.
The approach
One of the key ingredients of a great website is engaging visuals. Mad About Coffee didn’t have a lot of unique imagery, so the first step was to create some.
We worked closely with the team at Mad About to shoot video and still imagery that can be used on both the website and across social media. The goal was to capture the vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff and proximity to the Parap Markets.
Features
The website design uses banner videos and strong imagery to show the different offerings within the business. We added ecommerce functionality to allow customers to purchase beans and their most popular accessories, as well as book and pay for a barista course.
The biggest audience for Mad About Coffee is someone who just wants a good cup of coffee. That's why we designed the site from a mobile-first approach, ensuring key information about location and opening hours is front and centre.
The end result is a website that is visually rich and captures the essence of this Parap coffee destination.
