We carefully restructured the content to provide clear, accessible guidance to the community, MACC claimants, and service providers about how the scheme works and the support available. User testing played a crucial role in refining the information architecture, ensuring that content was effectively categorised.
We conducted a full stakeholder review and executed a complete content overhaul.
We tested content categories to ensure essential information was easily accessible and user-friendly.
We designed icons to visually represent each of the content elements.
To accommodate all Territorians, especially those in remote areas, we optimised the site for mobile use and slower internet speeds, ensuring broad accessibility.
Thank you so much for your enquiry.
