Development

about this project

The MACC project involved transforming the existing website by integrating new brand elements into an engaging design.

We carefully restructured the content to provide clear, accessible guidance to the community, MACC claimants, and service providers about how the scheme works and the support available. User testing played a crucial role in refining the information architecture, ensuring that content was effectively categorised.

Easy to navigate

Icons design

We designed icons to visually represent each of the content elements.

Easy smartphone navigating

To accommodate all Territorians, especially those in remote areas, we optimised the site for mobile use and slower internet speeds, ensuring broad accessibility.
