Helping People Achieve (HPA) is a long-standing provider of disability support services and supported employment in the Darwin region.
While HPA has a strong presence in the local community, it faced challenges with brand perception due to the expansion of NDIS services and the dilution of its unique value proposition.
The core challenge was repositioning the brand as a commercial entity with social impact, rather than just another support service provider. Captovate was engaged to address this through targeted digital marketing, driving both brand awareness and product/service sales.

Captovate helped HPA reach individuals actively searching for disability support and garden maintenance services through tailored search ads, driving qualified traffic.

Social media advertising
We implemented a range of targeted social media ads that highlighted HPA’s commercial offerings:
- Kokoda Subdivision:
Ads focused on Planter Boxes and Timber & Metal products, featuring photos and videos, targeting businesses and individuals interested in furniture that contributes to social good.
- AusDesign Subdivision: Crafted products and personalised items ads were designed to appeal to those looking for unique, customisable items that support employment for people with disabilities.
- PEG Program:
A lead generation ad campaign promoted the Participate Engage Grow (PEG) program, helping to capture interest from individuals seeking disability services.

We created targeted campaigns for businesses and individuals within an 80km radius of Darwin, ensuring that HPA’s messaging reached the right people

Retargeting
To maximise conversions, Captovate employed retargeting ads, re-engaging website visitors who had not yet taken action.

In the first month of working together, Captovate has helped HPA make significant strides in increasing their visibility and engagement. By partnering with us, HPA was able to clarify its brand messaging and extend its reach to new audiences. While this represents a strong start, there is still ongoing work to further refine the strategy and continue building on these initial successes.
