Michael Hawkes

Michael has over 12 years experience in digital communications. He has extensive experience in managing large complex web projects, specialising in web usability and information architecture.

He has been instrumental in driving integrated digital strategies for many major organisations, including Charles Darwin University, Darwin City Council, NT Government and Northern Territory General Practice & Education.

As an industry leader, Michael is regularly invited to be on "Think Tanks" for both the private sector and government. As a creative thinker he thrives on providing customers with unique innovative solutions.

Michael's focus is to work with our clients to develop digital communications that are both integrated and world class.

Aaron Booth

Aaron has been working as a Web Designer in Sydney and Melbourne since 2001. Apart from his design skills, Aaron also brings to Captovate a wealth of experience in online marketing, web standards, usability and acessibility.

Down south, Aaron was the lead designer on the Neighbours.com redesign and has worked for many other large brands such as Bigpond, Nintendo, AFL, Yoplait, Australian Idol, Biggest Loser, Video Ezy, TAFE NSW and Macquarie Bank.

Karen Hawkes

Karen provides ten years business and project management experience to Captovate. With a post graduate degree in IT Project Management and through working in multiple roles at Charles Darwin University, Karen has experience in the management of multimedia and communications projects including providing the information design and architecture for promotional and educational websites and online toolkits.

Recently Karen has project managed large scale, multifaceted education and research programs, specifically the National Accelerated Literacy Program and has worked as lead business manager; responsible for the establishment of business structures, of a new research school. This multitude of experience compliments the technical and design expertise within the company.

Mark Bradbury

Mark Bradbury is our systems administrator and web applications guru. He is a RedHat Certified Systems Engineer and brings to Captovate a wealth of experience in the implementation of content management systems and other customised online applications.
